Dr. Ashley Ellis was born in Arlington, Texas and grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland.  She attended Stevenson University (formerly Villa Julie College) in Baltimore, Maryland and graduated with a Bachelors in Business Communications.  She was a collegiate soccer player until injury and coached girls high school soccer until moving back to Texas.   She has over 15 years in health and fitness, owning a fitness and dance studio in the DC area, and providing health and wellness programs to various schools, gyms, and organizations.  Dr. Ashley Ellis attended Parker University in Dallas, Texas and obtained her Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree.  While there, she was the vice president for Parker's Student American Chiropractic Association.  She currently resides in the DFW area with her husband Josh and their two children.  Dr. Ashley aims to help elevate her patients health they can fully enjoy their lives.
